Meet Judith Clarkson

Judith Clarkson spent 13 years climbing the marketing corporate career ladder. She frequently travelled for her work abroad, which she found exciting and interesting at the time. However, as she thought more about her vision and ideal lifestyle, Judith realised that the corporate career ladder wasn’t for her, so in 2007 she found the courage to step off it and founded Life Sorted.

Judith recognised first-hand the difficulties faced by London professionals in achieving their personal goals due to time pressures and knew her organisational skills, attention to detail and determination to see projects through to completion would be valued by her clients. Initially, she provided Life Sorted clients with PA support and project management of events. Judith felt enormous joy when she witnessed the changes in her clients' confidence once they had regained control of their lives.

In 2015, Judith came across Marie Kondo’s book “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying: A simple, effective way to banish clutter forever.” With extensive home renovations planned, which would require Judith and her husband to move out, Judith decided to follow the principles of the KonMari Method® to organise her own home before moving to temporary accommodation. Judith found following the method life-changing. It enabled her and her husband to decide which of their belongings brought them joy, and therefore they would keep and move or store during the renovations. It also meant that when they returned to their newly renovated home, there was a place for everything. Furthermore, following the method clarified decision-making in many other areas of their lives.

The obvious next step for Judith was to complete her training in the KonMari Method® delivered by Marie Kondo and her team to become a certified KonMari® Consultant so that she could share the life-changing benefits with her Life Sorted clients and help them achieve their goals once they had organised their home.

In her free time, Judith finds joy in running and volunteering at her local parkrun, going on cycling and hiking adventures with her husband and entertaining friends with a home-cooked meal around her kitchen table.
